I'm happy to work online or face to face. I work with lots of different things, but as an ADHDer myself, I love working with neuro-divergent clients and creating a space that works for you. I also have years of experience of working with family difficulties, parenting, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and all the other tough stuff that life can throw at you. I think that good therapy has space to be humorous, challenging, sad and enlightening...sometimes all in the same session! I offer a free consultation to explore this.
